Can I come solo on the group trips?
Yes! Our small group vibe is warm, welcoming, and perfect for making new connections. You’ll have the freedom to do something just for you, while still being part of a supportive, fun community of like-minded women. Show up for yourself, and leave with new friends.
What if I need to cancel my trip? Will I be refunded?
We cannot refund trip spots, as we will have made many previous payments on your behalf and cannot guarantee any refunds. Please make sure to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself!
How physically active are the trips?
These trips are best suited for women who are comfortable walking several miles a day and navigating steps, cobblestone streets, and public transportation. While we move at a relaxed pace and take plenty of breaks, a general level of mobility and stamina is needed to fully enjoy the experience.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food preferences on the trip?
While we understand and respect dietary needs, many of our meals are enjoyed at pre—selected restaurants with set menus or limited options. Because of this, we’re unable to customize meals around individual food restrictions.
Can you help me arrange travel before and after the trip?
Of course! Please email tish@beyondbookedtravel.com for help. Extending your hotel stay or helping with additional travel plans in advance is no problem.
Do you only plan and coordinate group trips, or can you help with personal travel too?
I do both! While I host curated group trips you can join solo or with a friend, I also offer custom travel planning for your personal adventures, a solo escape, or a dream vacation.
What if I have a small group that wants a curated trip hosted by you?
Absolutely! If you have a group of women who want a special trip with a custom itinerary, I’d love to create and host it for you. You don’t need to fill every spot – I can open the remaining spaces to others who are a great fit for your vibe.

Do I have to fly out of the same airport as you? How does airfare work?
Not at all. You have options when it comes to booking your flight for a Beyond Booked Trip. You can:

Fly out of same city as me and travel together,

Meet us in a connecting city along the way, or
-
Meet us directly in the destination city.

If you choose to meet us in the destination city, you'll be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the first hotel on the itinerary.

The good news? I can help! I'm happy to assist with booking and coordinating your airfare so everything flows smoothly - whether you're joining from the same departure city or meeting us along the way. My goal is to make your travel experience as easy and stress-free as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, checks and credit cards. However, if you use a credit card a 3% service charge will be added to the booking invoice.

Can you help with travel insurance?
Yes! I have several available options on travel insurance and I am happy to help you find the right coverage that fits your needs.

Do I need a passport to travel on these trips?
Yes! A valid passport is required for all international travel. Be sure to check your expiration date on your passport well in advance - most countries require that it remain valid for at least six months beyond your return date. If your passport expires sooner, you'll need to renew it before traveling.
